Detroit CEOs and their top two · October 8
You know where you want to go.
You’ve lost confidence in the path.
The day is built around one question. What have you been working around?
The Confident Path
9:00am–4:00pm
Growth is hard. It doesn't have to be heavy.
Bring your top two. By 4pm you're holding a map built for your company and a first move you're ready to make Monday morning. The people who will carry it out were in the room when you chose it. $350 a seat for a team of three, $1,050 in all. $500 if you come on your own.

If this is not the right room for your company, we would rather tell you that before you register than after.
Can't make it? Send a colleague in your seat.
Thirty seats, and no more than three from any one company. That is the whole room. We confirm yours within one business day.
Registering a team of three? Seats are $350 each.
Three seats: you and your top two. Have their names and emails handy. Each of them gets their own confirmation. Coming on your own?
A Hands On, Executive Team Experience
Most executive programs give you a framework and a flight home to figure out what to do with it.
The Confident Path is a working day. Trust first, because nothing else moves without it. Then your revenue engine. Then the systems underneath it. By 4pm you're holding a map, built for your company, that you can use the next morning. You'll have a read on where trust is strong in your organization and where it isn't. And you'll have said some things out loud that probably needed to be said.
One day for real work and answers you can use right away.
Trust → Revenue → Systems → The Path
- Trust
Why nothing else moves without a foundation of trust.
- Revenue
The first system that has to work.
- Systems
Where the leaks are actually hiding.
- The Path
Bill puts it together and sends you home with a plan.

What To Expect
-
SESSION 1 9:00 – 9:30am
The Confident Path: The Question Underneath
Bill Green
You know where you want the company to go. What you're less sure about is why getting there feels so hard, so heavy. Get underneath the symptoms to identify what's really getting in the way — and the constraint that may be holding everything else back.
-
SESSION 2 9:30 – 10:45am
The Trust Circle: Unlock the Power of Relationships to Lead With Impact
Daniel Hallak, PhD
The bigger the decisions get, the fewer people a CEO can go to for advice. That isolation creates blind spots exactly when the stakes are highest. Identify the stretch, support, and strategy relationships your next chapter requires — and how to stop leading alone.
-
SESSION 3 11:00am – 12:15pm
Growth is a Leadership Issue, Not a Sales Issue
Scott Peterson
Your sales team is busy and revenue may even be growing. But too much still depends on a few rainmakers, and opportunities get missed. Use your own data to expose the gaps in your revenue engine. See where revenue is leaking, understand why, and identify what leadership needs to change to create more predictable growth.
-
SESSION 4 1:00 – 2:30pm
System 101: See the Whole Company
Kenny Lange and Erin McGovern
When the same problem keeps coming back despite good people working hard to solve it, look beyond the people to the system they're operating in. Identify where work is breaking down across your company and the pain points creating repeated friction. Leave knowing where to stop patching symptoms and start building a system that helps your people perform.
-
SESSION 5 2:45 – 4:00pm
The Confident Path: Where Your Attention Goes First
Bill Green
You've uncovered what needs to change across trust, revenue, and systems. Now comes the harder leadership decision: what deserves your attention first? Bring the day together, separate the consequential few from the distracting many, and choose where you'll focus. Leave with a Confident Path for your company — and a first move you're ready to make Monday morning.
Thursday, October 8 · Detroit Athletic Club
Reserve Your Team's SeatsGood Questions
What's included in my seat?
Coffee and networking from 8 to 9am, the full day program from 9am to 4pm with lunch included, and a hosted cocktail hour from 4 to 5:30pm, all at the Detroit Athletic Club. Whatever you pay rolls toward future work, like Shift in 90 if you decide to keep putting in the work.
Who is this room built for — and who is it not for?
The Confident Path is built for CEOs and their most senior leaders — the room caps at each company's top three: the CEO plus up to two additional senior executives. If you'd be coming alone to carry ideas back to a boss who isn't in the room, this won't land — the decisions get made here. We welcome solo attendees if that's what works for you, but the day is really meant for leadership teams.
How does the team rate work, and does my seat cost count toward anything else?
Seats drop to $350 each when your organization registers all three together — a CEO or founder, a COO or integrator, and a people-leader (three is also the room's per-company cap). And yes: every seat's cost rolls over as credit toward Shift in 90, dollar for dollar — $500 for an individual seat carries $500 in credit, $350 for a team seat carries $350, per seat, with no cap on how many seats carry credit.
How many seats are available?
Thirty. Seats are held on a first-registered basis — once they're gone, join the waitlist and we'll follow up personally the moment one opens.
What if I can't make October 8th?
We don't run these on a fixed schedule, so there isn't a next date to point you to yet. Book a Strategy Call with Bill and we'll tell you as soon as one is set. Can't make it? Send a colleague in your seat.
How is this different from EOS or Scaling Up?
It is not a replacement for either one. EOS helps you run better. Vibe Optimizer helps you create better. If your team runs an operating system and the meetings still feel heavy, the day gets underneath that. What the system is quietly working around, and what to do about it first.
Is this a pitch for your consulting?
No. The program is five working sessions, and none of them is a sales presentation. You spend the day on your own company. If you want to keep going after October 8, Bill will have a conversation with you and give you an honest read, including an honest no.
There's still a way in.
If the date doesn't work, the room is full, or you'd rather talk before you commit to a day, book a call with Bill. He'll spend time getting to know what you're looking to optimize, what you've tried, what's worked, and what hasn't.
