Vibe Optimizer, a brand operated by Exponent Strategies Group LLC ("Vibe Optimizer," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use vibeoptimizer.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Contact & application details — name, email, company, role, and the answers you provide when you submit our contact form or apply for a Strategy Call.
• Vibe Check diagnostic responses — the answers you give in our online assessment (hosted by ScoreApp), plus the name and email you provide to receive your results.
• Scheduling details — when you book a Strategy Call, the information you enter into our scheduler (hosted by HubSpot Meetings), including any questions answered at booking.

Information we collect automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5). We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and the Site is not directed to children under 16.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver the Vibe Check results, materials, and Strategy Call you request.
• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls and engagements.
• To send relevant communications about our services (you can opt out at any time — see Section 6).
• To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract (or steps you ask us to take before one), and our legitimate interests in operating the business as our lawful bases for processing.

3. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who run our tools, including HubSpot (CRM, forms, scheduling, email, analytics), ScoreApp (the Vibe Check diagnostic), and Testimonial.to (testimonial collection), each processing data on our behalf under their own terms; professional advisors where reasonably necessary; authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Some providers are located in the United States, and your information may be transferred to and processed there.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information (see Section 6).

5. Cookies & tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies — including those set by HubSpot — to remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support our marketing. Where required by law, we request your consent through a cookie banner, and you can manage non-essential cookies there or through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email hello@vibeoptimizer.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (for example, the ScoreApp diagnostic and the HubSpot Meetings scheduler). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
