Bill Green is CEO and Head of Sales at Vibe Optimizer. He's spent his career helping leaders say the thing that changes everything, sitting with teams to name the gap between the vision and what's actually happening, then building the trust and systems that close it.
His read comes from decades of operating experience: most teams already know what's wrong, and they've been working around it. Bill helps them name it out loud, then rebuild the system with the people who run it, because when people write the plan, they don't fight the plan.
Kenny Lange is Operating Partner and Acting CMO at Vibe Optimizer. He builds the methodology, systems, and content behind the work — turning what happens in the room into a repeatable engine teams can run on their own.
His background is building the machine behind the message — the diagnostics and operating rhythms that let a team run the work without the founder in the room. The bet is simple: clarity only scales when it's systematized, so every engagement leaves the company with assets it owns, not a dependence on the next call.
