Bill Green is CEO and Head of Sales at Vibe Optimizer. He's spent his career helping leaders say the thing that changes everything — sitting with teams to expose the gap between vision and reality and build the trust-fueled systems that close it.
His approach borrows from decades of operating experience: the same system that built a company is usually the ceiling it's now hitting. Bill helps teams name that out loud — then rebuild the system with the people who run it, because when people write the plan, they don't fight the plan.
Kenny Lange is COO and Head of Marketing at Vibe Optimizer. He builds the methodology, systems, and content behind the work — turning what happens in the room into a repeatable engine teams can run on their own.
